These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the prompt2bot platform and services ("Service") operated by prompt2bot ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

prompt2bot is a platform that allows users to create, deploy, and manage AI-powered agents across multiple channels including web, Telegram, WhatsApp, and more. The Service includes bot creation, hosting, conversation management, analytics, and related features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free Tier: A free plan is available with limited features and usage. No payment information is required.
  • Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Prices are listed in USD on our Pricing page.
  • Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
  • Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Create bots that distribute spam, malware, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights in connection with your use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with the Service are the property of prompt2bot or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create through the Service, but grant us a license to host, display, and transmit it as necessary to operate the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein. Conversations and data processed through your bots are accessible to you (the bot owner) and to us for debugging and service improvement purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMPT2BOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
